Kansas Sampler Festival

Laura and I will be preforming at the 2011 Kansas Sampler Festival in Leavenworth KS on May 7th and 8th. This is a fantastic festival that celebrates Kansas communities. We will be singing songs from the Stories to Songs project which highlights the lives of Kansas residents. We will also be launching Sing It Out.

Kansas Day - January 29th

Happy Kansas Day everyone. It has been a very busy last couple of weeks with my Home on the Range school and library programs. 32 class this month. I have a few more to go, those that couldn't get scheduled in before the actual day. I'll try to get some photos up soon for some of these shows.

Well friends it's the last day of 2010. It has been a great year full of exciting musical adventures. Thanks to each of you who help sponsor, promote or attend one of my shows this year. A special thanks to all the teachers and students who made this a great year. I look forward to more music next year. Sing It Out will be kicking into high gear. I hope to get 5 residencies in 2011. Fundraising and making connection with rural communities highlights the first few months of 2011.

Laura and I will also be hitting the road this year for a series of house concerts, coffee house venues and a couple festivals. Give us a shout if you want us to come your way.
